Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
b) Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): £4.99
Express Delivery (1-2 business days): £7.99
Free Shipping: On orders over £50 (Standard Delivery only).

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

d) Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
e) Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue.
2. Returns Policy
a) Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for skincare or beauty products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
b) Return Process

Provide your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions for returning your item.
c) Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.
d) Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
